Ameet Electro Systems (AES) is a manufacturer based at Satpur MIDC, Nashik, Maharashtra. We produce high-voltage components for the power and industrial sector, and custom automotive training kits for OEM dealer networks and technical institutes. Both product lines are designed, manufactured, and tested in-house at our Nashik facility.
We are not a distributor, trader, or aggregator. Every product that leaves our factory is built to a confirmed specification — either our standard product design or a custom brief provided by the buyer.
Our Story
AES was founded in 2008 by Ameet Patil in Satpur MIDC — Nashik's primary industrial estate in Maharashtra. The business started with a focus on high-voltage electronic components, serving transformer manufacturers and HV test laboratories in India. Over the following years we extended into custom automotive training equipment, initially building demonstration rigs for OEM dealer service networks and later expanding to vocational and institutional training programmes across India and internationally.
Seventeen years on, we remain a focused, in-house manufacturer. We have not diversified into distribution or trading. The product range is deliberately narrow — what we make, we make well, and we make it ourselves.
What We Make
We manufacture across two verticals. They share a common thread — both serve buyers who need something engineered to a specific technical requirement, not selected from a catalogue.
High-Voltage Components
Bridge rectifiers (70 kV and 95 kV, PCB-type and disc-type), HV diode discs (ARE20A, 22.5 kV), HV diode strips (RA/RAE series, 100–200 kV), HV resistor boards, and overvoltage protection components. Buyers include transformer manufacturers, electrostatic precipitator builders, HV test laboratories, and X-ray equipment OEMs.
Custom Automotive Training Kits
Electrical and electronic learning kits, pneumatics kits, vehicle sensor demo boards, telematics architecture rigs, headlamp circuit boards, and hydraulic fault-diagnosis quiz boards. Buyers include OEM dealer networks, automotive technical institutes (ITI / polytechnic), vocational training centres, and government skill development programmes.
How We Work
For most products, the engagement follows the same pattern:

Ongoing supply — we retain the design file; repeat orders and revised versions are fulfilled against the same reference
This process applies to custom OEM training kits (where the fixture must reflect a specific vehicle model) and to HV component assemblies (where the rectifier stack must be matcFhed to the transformer or ESP system it is built for).
Manufacturing and Quality
Our manufacturing facility operates at Plot No. 27, Survey No. 76/2A+B, Someshwar Colony, Satpur MIDC, Nashik. In-house capability covers design, assembly, wiring, and pre-despatch testing for both product lines.
HV components: Our 70 kV (1BR70P) and 95 kV (1BR95P) bridge rectifiers carry ETDC (Electronics Testing and Development Centre) vibration testing certification. Datasheets are available on request for all HV product lines.
Training kits: Each kit is assembled against a confirmed component list and tested for electrical safety before despatch. For OEM-commissioned boards, testing is conducted against the training objectives agreed at brief stage.

Wide-voltage training kits (LK-A03-R1, LK-A01-R1 — 90–270VAC) ship without power adaptation to any destination. All other export requirements are handled case by case.

We have supplied training kits and boards to OEM dealer networks and authorised service chains operated by leading manufacturers across the commercial vehicle, passenger car, motorcycle, and tractor segments in India and internationally. HV component supply has included transformer manufacturers and industrial power system integrators in India and overseas.
